One of the greatest diagnosing and healing systems in the history of human civilization, is the art of Ayurveda, derived from ancient books of knowledge called collectively as ‘The Vedas’. Even before the Roman or Greek civilization bloomed, and well before Jesus Christ’s birth, this ancient body of knowledge was flourishing in ancient India. The Vedas understood intimately the energies that composed the universe. They also gave various pathways to healing, including Ayurveda, Yoga, Vastu and Jyotish (indian astrology). These bodies of knowledge can be pursued independently, or combined, in which case it brings greater synergy.

Ayur’ means age or longevity and ‘Veda’ means knowledge. Ayurveda helps increase the quality and longevity of life. It helps you regain balance in your mental and physical health. It is my endeavour to bring to you the healing knowledge hidden in these great, sacred books of knowledge, which are truly a precious gift to mankind.
